And, if your question is about the prognosis of the patient, then the literature in PubMed might help shed some light on that.
One way to get to that type of literature with a PubMed Clinical Queries -- Prognosis search. If you haven't use it before, you can get there from the main PubMed page and click on Clinical Queries under the Tools column.
